Refunds, replacements or another appropriate resolution may be provided for:

• an incorrect item
• a damaged or defective product
• a printing fault
• an order that otherwise does not arrive as promised

Contact support@perfectlyunfocused.com within 30 days of the purchase date with:

• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• clear photographs where relevant

For approved claims, you will not be required to return the item before the refund or replacement is processed.

We will review the issue and provide a clear resolution as quickly as possible.
